Principal Joanne Kane has been an Human Resources professional since 1997, gaining experience in a number of high profile roles across a broad spectrum of market sectors. These include retail, professional services, property, education, sales and marketing, manufacturing and logistics.

Prior to working as an independent consultant, Joanne began her HR career with Marks and Spencer (M&S) and was promoted to HR manager for North West England. She took a lead role in the development and launch of the largest M&S store in the world. Joanne then joined major international law firm, Linklaters, where her key challenge was to set up the firm's HR teams across Central and Eastern Europe. Joanne later moved to Coca Cola Enterprises and based in London she had head office HR responsibility for the sales and marketing function.  Joanne then joined Diageo Global Supply working across Northern Ireland on a major organisational change programme.

Acting as an independent consultant, Joanne has given practical hands on advice to small and medium sized businesses in a variety of sectors, bringing her experience to bear on both everyday HR issues and more complex assignments.

Joanne has a BA Honours degree, is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and a British Psychological Society qualified tester.
